Saw the Ang Lee rendition last night. He didn't disappoint with the drama and tragedy he had staked out as the focal point of the film. The action scenes were great, as they had to be, but that can't be the only component.

The wedding reception was equally excellent. I made notes to ask Holly about details like the shuttle to and from the church (very convenient). Right before dinner, the dj introduced each member of the wedding party - also nice.
